The IGA Mareeba refurbishment was a remote-area project, featuring the largest gross floor area (GFA) we have completed recently at 1,685m². The works were delivered while the store remained operational, requiring careful staging and coordination. Key areas of focus included a deli upgrade, office fit-out, and major services upgrades, all executed with minimal disruption to daily trade. Lighting upgrade, grease trap and plumbing upgrade and a new mechanical ventilation system.
